Chimenka Ezeribe

FCA, FCCA, CISA, ACTI, CFE, BSc, MSc
Chairman

Chimenka has 15+ years of experience in banking, internal audit, IT systems, fraud investigation, and tax administration. He started at Universal Trust Bank, gaining experience in financial control, credit analysis, and relationship management. He then spent three years as an internal/IT auditor at the Central Bank of Nigeria before moving to Oceanic Bank (now Ecobank) as a resident internal controller. He is now a pioneer staff at the IT/IS Audit unit at the Federal Inland Revenue Service, contributing to various initiatives. He holds a first-class BSc in Applied Accounting and an MSc in Financial Management from UK universities, as well as certifications from several professional bodies. He has presented papers and facilitated courses at various conferences and is the current president of ISACA, Abuja Chapter. He is pursuing a part-time doctorate degree at Heriot-Watt University with a research interest in tax administration.

Chief Executive Officer

This experienced accountant has a passion for growth in small and medium enterprises. He’s worked for Adaptive Computer Solutions, Bratim Training, Galaxy Wireless Communications, and Crane Hire as the pioneer accountant or setting up accounts departments. He has consulted for over 30 organizations after setting up his own company FLOTAG CONSULTING LTD. He’s an Information Technology expert who’s trained many organizations on accounting software and implementation. He’s been teaching ACCA students since 2003 with strengths in ethics, compliance, risks assessment, and standards. He’s even trained FIRS staff on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Uchenna Ejiofor

Ejiofor Nathaniel Uchenna is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing (Internal and external), research, human resource training and banking. He graduated with a second class (UPPER) honours in Accounting from the University of Lagos and is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). His experience includes Accounting, external auditing, internal auditing, banking and research in stock broking with various corporate bodies. He is actively involved in training students for Accounting and Finance courses in various professional bodies.

Dr. Shuaib A. Abdulkabir

Director Of Studies

Shuaib Adeadebayo is an experienced financial and business analyst with over ten years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant. Shuaib began his career at Temitope Adesina & Co., a Chartered Accountants firm, as a Junior Audit Officer in 2005 and later held the position of Audit Senior in 2008. He expanded his financial experience to Catholic Relief Services as a Finance and Compliance specialist between 2013 to 2015. Shuaib is a renown ACCA/ICAN lecturer with over eight years of lecturing experience and has graduated more than 2,000 chartered Accountants. Currently, he works with Abuja Technology Village Free Zone Co. as the Finance and Account lead and is also a financial consultant to Mavis Computel LTD. Shuaib is happily married.

Osedebamen Ihimekpen

Osedebamen is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK, and he is also a dedicated candidate pursuing accreditation from the esteemed Chartered Financial Institute (CFA). Presently, he serves as the Principal Partner at Ayemere & Associates Consults Ltd.

Before assuming his current role, Osedebamen amassed invaluable expertise and garnered numerous achievements while contributing to the Credit Risk Department of a leading mortgage bank in Nigeria. There, he held the prestigious position of Head of the Credit Administration and Processing Unit, bearing full responsibility for the seamless operation of the unit in the pursuit of departmental and institutional objectives.

Osedebamen’s professional journey began as a trained educator, with a solid foundation in Accounting Education earned from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. Notably, he embarked on a teaching career with Bratim Training Institute, a foremost ACCA Tuition provider in Nigeria, from 2010 to 2015. In January 2016, he assumed a founding role as a Director and Pioneer Lecturer at Topnotch Learning Centre lecturing various courses including Financial Reporting, Financial Management, Business Analysis, Strategic Financial Management, and Advanced Financial Management.

Over the years, Osedebamen has imparted his expertise to a diverse clientele, offering guidance across various financial domains, including Business Operations, Leadership & Management, Financial Management, Investment Appraisals, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Risk Management, Loans, Mortgages, Real Estate Advisory, and bespoke financial solutions tailored to clients’ specific requirements.
